50 projects in the Egyptian market under the management and operation of MRB
MRB, a consultant in management and operation of commercial malls, real estate assets and investment projects, provided its services to more than 50 different projects in the New Administrative Capital and a number of Egyptian governorates.
Mohamed Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that the company is working on diversifying and increasing its service locations in managing projects and commercial malls, which has earned it a distinguished position in the Egyptian market in managing important projects in the new administrative capital, Port Said, Menoufia, New Damietta, two projects in Qena Governorate, and two projects in Assiut Governorate and others.
Rashid indicated that the company is currently studying two projects in Sohag Governorate, and a number of projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the management and operation idea of MRB.
He explained that the company pursues a different thought in project management through consultancy work for the operational and administrative structure of the building and works to provide management and operation consultancy and management of real estate assets during the construction period of the mall, and then management and operation after the delivery of the mall.
Mohammed Rashid noted that the company has been working with the client since the beginning of the contract, starting with the project’s launch and the stages of engineering designs and preparation for it, through the follow-up of implementation on the ground and follow-up of construction, in addition to supervising and reviewing designs during the various implementation stages until the completion of the project and the start of the operation phase.
